Welcome to our new facility for ordering your pet's medicines and prescription food online. To order your items, please fill in the following question boxes.

If you need medicines urgently please call your preferred branch.
IMPORTANT:
- Orders can be placed at any time and should be available for you the next day, HOWEVER, orders placed after 6pm will not be available until Midday 48hrs after this (eg an order after 6pm on a Monday will not be ready until Midday Wednesday).
- This is to ensure that time is available to dispense your items and get a veterinary surgeon's approval.
- Orders made after 6pm on a Friday will not be available for collection until Midday Tuesday.
